MERIDIAN CONSOLIDATED INDUSTRIESOPERATING PRACTICE
MCI / practitioner roles

Practitioners

Meridian roles are defined by the observations they are responsible for maintaining. They are not executive positions and do not describe biographies.

MPS

Placement Analyst

Records intended, observed, ordinary and return positions; maintains PCP field observations.

Office of Standards

Continuity Reviewer

Checks terminology, revision history and handoff conditions against MCS-01.

MQT

Queue Systems Specialist

Maps approach, recognition, entry, dwell, advancement and departure in sequential occupancy.

MA

Ambient Assessment Lead

Records background conditions that affect recognition, dwell, persistence and response.

MNM

Neutral Materials Coordinator

Maintains register classes, substrate relationships and replacement consistency.

MBI

Actuation Evaluation Specialist

Observes tactile certainty, response recognition, repeatability and ordinary-use confidence.

How specialists interact

A Placement Analyst may open a review because an ordinary position has changed. A Queue Systems Specialist then tests approach and sequence. Ambient and Neutral Materials practitioners record the background and substrate conditions that must remain coherent. Button & Interface evaluates any control that completes the sequence.

One record, several owners

Meridian One does not make one person responsible for every condition. It makes the ownership of each condition visible.
