Inside Meridian

Meridian’s methods are applied through observation, review, documentation and handoff. The work is divided by discipline and connected by continuity requirements.

MCS-01 / OPERATING PRACTICE

Observe first. Name the condition. Record the handoff.

Meridian One supplies a common frame without asking specialists to surrender their methods.

How work moves

From field observation to maintained guidance.

A practitioner begins with an observed condition rather than a preferred solution. The originating division records the relevant terms, reviews the applicable standard and identifies the next condition another division must preserve.

WORKBOOK / MCI-RW-01

Field records are part of the method.

A conclusion without an observation, owner or review interval is not considered complete.

Queue Assessment Lifecycle

Used when access is structured by approach, recognition, sequence, dwell, advancement and departure.

  1. Approach observation
  2. Recognition review
  3. Sequence mapping
  4. Dwell assessment
  5. Advancement analysis
  6. Environmental review
  7. Review outcome

Ordinary Actuation Evaluation

Used when a control must be evaluated as an interaction rather than as a mechanism alone.

  1. Control identification
  2. Expected response review
  3. Actuation observation
  4. Certainty assessment
  5. Repeatability validation

Practitioner roles

Work is assigned by observation.

Placement Analyst / MPS
Records intended, observed, ordinary and return positions.
Continuity Reviewer / Office of Standards
Checks terminology, revisions and handoff conditions against MCS-01.
Queue Systems Specialist / MQT
Maps approach, recognition, entry, dwell, advancement and departure.
Ambient Assessment Lead / MA
Records background conditions affecting recognition, dwell, persistence and response.
Continued practice

Specialists maintain the boundary of their method.

Neutral Materials Coordinator / MNM
Maintains register classes, substrate relationships and replacement consistency.
Actuation Evaluation Specialist / MBI
Observes tactile certainty, response recognition, repeatability and confidence.

Cross-divisional work uses SCR-6 to state which division owns each condition and what the receiving division must preserve.

CRC prepares the terminology, revision and handoff review list.

April

Materials Register Refresh

MCC reviews neutral-field classes and replacement notes.

May

Office of Standards confirms retention, annotation and supersession.

June–August

Actuation Observation Program

IEB records current response-certainty and familiarity observations.

September–November
