Six Conditions Review: Application Note

A cross-divisional review framework for position, approach, sequence, atmosphere, persistence and response.

Scope

SCR-6 is not a numerical score. It is a common review frame used when more than one Meridian discipline contributes to an operating condition.

Six conditions and primary handoff ownership
ConditionPrimary referenceSupporting divisions
PositionMPS / PCPMTS, MBI
ApproachMQTMPS, MBI
SequenceMQTMPS, MBI
AtmosphereMAMQT, MNM
PersistenceMNMMA, MTS
ResponseMBIMQT, MA

Method

A review records the conditions that need to remain coherent, the division holding the primary definition and the handoff condition another division must preserve. The result is a traceable operating note, not an overall performance number.
