Scope
2025 was the first full year in which Meridian One was used as the company-wide operating framework. This review records operating measures and standards activity. It does not present financial statements, investment information or commercial solicitation.
Method
Message from Meridian leadership
Meridian’s work is often most useful when the condition it supports becomes unremarkable. In 2025, our divisions continued to improve the definitions, handoffs and review intervals that allow ordinary operations to remain coherent. The year’s work did not change the character of the company. It made the record more complete.
